Who doesn’t love a homemade gourmet dinner in 30 minutes or less for $5 a serving? I do!

This recipe earned a double thumbs up from the husband. Even my 4 1/2 month year old was drooling over the smell of dinner (he’s also teething :p)

What I also love about this meal is that is has less than 10 ingredients, requires less than 10 mins to prep and goes great with a dry white wine! :p

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

4 chicken breasts
8 pieces of prosciutto

Wrap two pieces of prosciutto around each chicken breast.

Cook chicken at 400 for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Garlic Mashed Sweet Potatoes

4 sweet potatoes (peeled)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Butter
1/4 cup milk
Salt/pepper

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil in water until soft. Drain water and set aside. Meanwhile sauté garlic and butter in the pan. Return potatoes to pan, add a splash of milk and salt/pepper.

Steamed Vegetables

1 bag of frozen vegetables
Butter
Ground Sea Salt/Pepper

Steam vegetables in saucepan until soft. Drain water, add little butter and salt/pepper.
