Raspberry Blueberry Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 kiwi
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds*
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds*
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 extra large glass of smoothie. Take it and go.
You can get hemp seeds and chia seeds at the health food store or Farm Boy. We have heard lots of benefits about flax seeds for their protein and omega 3 contents... Chia and Hemp seeds have more! Chia have no taste so great nutrient boost to smoothies.. Add to your yogurt.. Add to your baking. Hemp seeds have a subtle nutty flavour which adds fullness to what you add it to.
