For those that have never put spinach in a smoothie before may be intimidated. The great news is you don't even taste the spinach but it does help balance out the sweetness of the fruit! Adding spinach provides a good source of Niacin and Zinc, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.   • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup plain sugar free yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  1. Blend until smooth and have one big glass of smoothie packed with vitamin A, C, K, fibre, riboflavin, folate, protein, and omega 3.. Just to name a few
