Hummus without Tahini

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas drained
  • 4 tablespoons lemon, juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon. ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  2. You can store in the fridge
