One on One Health Coaching for Weight Loss

As a holistic health coach, I will be your guide and accountability partner to lose weight naturally eating real good foods and exercising. We will map out a nutrition and exercise plan that considers your schedule, your social life and tastes.

During this process you will learn how to:

  • read labels & shop smart at the grocery store
  • meal plan for the week
  • choose and cook quick healthy meals
  • portion size your meals
  • manage & satisfy cravings/stress eating
  • meal planning start an exercise routine (that you actually enjoy!)
